Annabelle Gurwitch
Annabelle Gurwitch was an American actress, comedian and TV host. Particularly known for her role as host of Dinner and a Movie (TBS) and activist in environmental as well as secular matters. Annabelle Gurwitch is a critically popular actress and New York Times Bestselling Author of the memoir Wherever You Go There They Are I See You Made an Effort To Say Tomato I say Shut Up and Get Fired! which was in turn part of a Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch was the longest-running host of the TBS show Dinner & a Movie and TV viewers will remember her unforgettable appearances on programs including Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown and as host of the show on sustainability WA$TED which airs on The Planet Green Network. Regular appearances include PBS Newhour Real Time, on NPR and The Hollywood Reporter. In addition to producing op eds, she creates satires which are published in The New Yorker WSJ The Hollywood Reporter. Her work as an actress on stage has secured her a spot in the annual critics Top Ten performances of the year in Both The New York and Los Angeles Times.
